My Offerings

Not sure where to start?

I aim to have a variety of offerings for new & returning clients. As I expand my learning, my offerings will expand as well. If you need assistance with something you do not see listed, please contact me anyway. If I am not equipped to assist you, I will work to find a professional that suits your unique needs.
If cost is a barrier to care for you, I still want to hear from you. Death happens to all of us, regardless of income, and I believe you deserve dignity along with any low-or-no-cost resources that might be available to you.

End of Life Support

Caregiver Support

Whether you are a caregiver for a loved one, a caregiver by profession, or are a former caregiver, it’s an experience only other caregivers can understand. The demands of this responsibility are stressful, and at times, isolating. This is a type of work that never fades from us, even if we are no longer caregiving.

My vision is to provide caregivers with support in and out of the home. Whether you require holistic, non-medical support during the death of your loved one, or a separate space where you can prioritize your self-care, I aspire to provide times, places and activities that replenish your drained energy, provide a connection to your community, and strengthen your mind’s ability to handle the stress you carry that’s unlike any others.

I want to put consideration and attention into each experience I create for caregivers. These offerings may be few at first, but I want to find unique spaces that support our local communities and strengthen our healing together.
If you’d like to suggest a location or activity for an upcoming caregiver event, please contact me. Your input not only helps me, but other caregivers who live your experience.

Professional Organizing

This offering is currently on a limited basis. Contact me for pricing and availability.

A sudden illness or death can result in necessary downsizing or cleaning out of a home, sometimes with very limited time. Honesty, organization, and attention to detail are required, along with compassion and empathy during this delicate situation.

When you invite me into your home, I am not joined by judgement. You and I will work together to take care of the space in the time you need it done.

What to Expect:

Consulting with Care

Phone consultations for EOL & Yoga offerings are always free. Professional Organizing consultations are a minimal fee. No high pressure sales here - Your needs are valued whether or not we move forward.

Taking a Deeper Dive

Every individual is just that - an individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Getting in-depth about your goals, dreams, and fears through life & death will allow us to honor your values through your transition. The only thing you need to bring is honesty!

Learning Together

While I share my knowledge and insight with clients, they are also teaching me. I believe it is my responsibility to be curious and open-minded to folks from all walks of life, so that I can better provide you with an experience tailored to your unique tapestry of experience, culture and values.

You Won’t be Alone.

The work doesn’t always end at a person’s last breath, or the successful completion of a challenging pose. I do this work to support real people, not make massive profits. If you need support, I will find it for you; whether it is something I offer or not. You deserve help if you are courageous enough to ask for it.
